Having troubles?

Have you checked for a blocked furnace filter?
Is your thermostat in the right position?
Have you changed your thermostat batteries lately?
Is your furnace switched on? What about the breaker?
Is the gas turned on?

Many new furnaces have an inspection window on the door that allows you to see a flashing LED pattern located on the control board.  Try and make a note of the pattern or number of flashes it shows.  This can assist the technician in troubleshooting your problems.
